A phase experiment report given by Dr. Zhang Xuesong, Beijing Zhongnong Futong, China Agricultural University
RT JM-150W plant growth light
Test phase analysis
1 Test purpose:
The effect of supplementary light on the growth of different plants was studied as a reference data for the rational use of supplementary light.
2 Test materials and methods:
2.1 test material
Lamps, mustard, beet, chili, 501 (code for a flower), safflower and ice vegetables.
2.1 test method:
2.1.1 Material Preparation Four plants such as mustard, beet, chili and 501 (the code name of a flower) shall be raised in plugs. The sowing time is September 28, 2017 and transplanting to flowerpots on November 20. Safflower Safflower and Ice Vegetable were used as seedlings, and the test of setting up these two plants began on November 20.
2.1.2 Determination of indicators 5 times at different times to measure the emergence rate of 6 test materials, leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, above-ground fresh biomass, above-ground dry biomass and yield of different character indicators, to analyze the effect of light on the growth of different plants.
2.1.3 Trait measurement indicators: the number of leaves per plant, plant height, leaf length, leaf width, above-ground fresh species and yield are the average of 10 plants respectively. Disease investigation is investigated according to disease classification standard (disease classification standard: grade 0, no disease spot; Level 1, disease spot accounts for less than 5% of leaf area; Level 3, disease spot accounts for 6% ~ 15% of leaf area; Level 5, disease spot accounts for 16% ~ 25% of leaf area; Level 7, disease spot accounts for 26% ~ 50% of leaf area; Level 9, disease spot accounts for more than 50% of leaf area.)
3 Data and analysis:
Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 are the data of supplementary light and non-supplementary light of 5 measurements.
Table 1 for October 15 and November 18 two measurements of mustard, beet, pepper and 501 four kinds of plant emergence rate, leaf number two different traits. From the results, it can be seen that the emergence rate and leaf number of mustard, beet, pepper and 501 plants treated with light supplementation were higher than 14-33% and 14-19% without light supplementation, while there was little difference between beet treatments.
Table 1
On November 18, the survey data of five biological traits of plant height, leaf length, leaf width, above-ground fresh biomass and above-ground dry biomass of mustard and sugar beet plants. It can be seen from the data results that the data of the second measurement is better than no light (Table 2).
Table 2
The results of three measurements of the yield of mustard, beet, safflower and ice vegetables show that, except for the fourth beet, the yield of non-light supplement is better than light supplement, the other species of light supplement is higher than the non-light supplement yield, and the light supplement yield of mustard is 2-3 times higher than the non-light supplement yield (Table 3).

Phase 4 test results:
Overall, the effect of RT JM-150W plant growth light on the growth of different number of plants is different. It can promote the growth of a variety of vegetables, especially for mustard. However, it has inhibitory effect on the growth of leaf sugar beet, and the specific reasons need to be further explored. In the process of experimental management, there was no disease in the plants with and without light. Therefore, the effect of growth lamp on plant diseases and insect pests was not observed.
